Circulation Policies
Baucom Elementary School library is on a fixed schedule. This means every class comes to the library as a Special class every week. The students have approximately 30 minutes of instruction and then the opportunity to check out if they have no overdue books. A child cannot check out a new book until all overdue books have been returned.
In addition to their class time, students are encouraged to come to the library in the morning to return completed books and take out new ones.

Lost/Damaged Books |
If a child should lose or damage a book, it must be paid for before the child can check out another book. The payment can be made with EXACT change or a check made out to "Baucom Elementary School." Please look carefully for any lost book before paying for it. Many people try to replace the lost book via Amazon, but since our books are a special binding please don't try to replace them yourself. Once payment is made, there are no refunds, even if the book is found...so search carefully before paying. |
