Hi!   I'm Eatin' Right Eddie.  Do you love adventure, challenge, and a healthy body?  Then follow me and some of my friends on a nutritious quest up the Great Food Pyramid.   We've got to start at the bottom and climb to the top as we learn about the five basic food groups and healthy eating habits.  Are you ready to energize your body and get fit?   Come on, let's get started!

Oh, look!  It's the Great Food Pyramid!  Actually, this one is the USDA Food Guide Pyramid.  Your task here is to build your own Food Guide Pyramid.  Do you know enough about each of the 5 basic food groups and the number of servings from each that you are supposed to have each day to do it?  Should you eat the same number of servings as your teachers? Get ready to find out!

Are you a nutritious food shopper?  How are your math skills?  It's time to put what you have learned about both to the test.  Go to the Cyber Food Shopper and see if you have what it takes to meet this challenge.  You will have many choices here and may need scrap paper and a pencil to help keep up with the calculations.

A big part of growing up is learning to make choices - hopefully good ones.  Your challenge now is to help some friends make good decisions in situations they may face in real life.  How close to 100 points can you get?  Head off for the Winning Choices Game.  Good decision making!  Think before you act!

Now on to the big challenge!  It's time to see how well you can apply what you've learned about good eating habits.  We're off to the Have-A-Bite Cafe where you have to build a meal from a given menu.  Try one for breakfast and then one for lunch.  Were yours nutritious ones or not?
